The Hooker is a 40' Key West sport fishing boat built in 1985 and is Coast Guard approved for up to fourteen (14) passengers. She is powered with 800 HP Detroit Diesel engine and cruises comfortable at 20 knots. The Hooker is family owned and operated by Captain Billy Smitherman with stepson Captain Chris Horne as the mate. She is a great vessel for family or business trips as she featured with a restroom, an open cabin with bench seating and a hugh cockpit with four fighting fishing chairs. The Hooker sails daily out of Adventure Yacht Harbor for half day, full day and gulf stream trips, fishing for Sailfish, Dolphin, Wahoo, Snapper, Grouper, Kingfish, Amberjack, Barracuda, Shark, Blue Marlin and White Marlin. The Hooker also offers a unique way to say good-buy to your loved ones with ash scattering at sea.
